Board Committees

We've often identified that a group of three directors can achieve the diversity of ideas and are able to fully consider a subject as widely as a whole board. And that this can be done in a fraction of the time taken for a whole board discussion. Good governance looks like smaller groups of Directors working in sub-groups and reporting back to the whole board.
