The Board is responsible for:

 approving the strategy, structure and supporting budgets for XLVets UK;

 delegating authority to the executive and to its sub and species groups to implement agreed activities;

 monitoring and evaluating the implementation of strategic and operational plans and reporting delivery to the membership.

 sponsoring and empowering the member groups to create powerful links between the elected Board and the membership to ensure that it is these groups of interested members that see themselves to be the powerhouse of decision-making (define) and activity.
